1st Query: Is it possible to pay upon delivery in cash?
Answer: We offer Cash on Delivery for most of our products. Please note, there is an additional COD charge of Rs. 120/- applicable.

2nd Query: Can I get my order to be gift wrapped??
Answer: Yes, we do offer gift wrapping for your order, and there is an additional charge for this service.

3rd Query: Can I change my delivery address?
Answer: Yes, you can contact us for any change delivery address.

4th Query: I have placed various orders with different delivery dates, is it possible they can be delivered together?
Answer:  There is no guarantee that orders placed at different times can be delivered at the same time it totally depends on the delivery partner.

5th Query: How can I track my order?
Answer: Log into your account, then check your order details and delivery status.

6th Query: Is it possible to cancel my order?
Answer: If the order is not dispatched yet, you can cancel it by contacting us. We cannot cancel your order after the status of your order is preparing for customised order or has been dispatched.

7th Query: What is the duration of delivery after order?
Answer: For normal products it takes 7 to 10 business days and for customised products it takes 12 to 15 days.
